Modern science has proven that diaphragmatic breathing is an effective panacea for stress and anxiety. The ancient science of Kriya Yoga takes it a bit further by understanding “cause and effect”. Using pranayama breathing techniques for focus and balance, it ultimately helps quiet one’s thoughts and the emotional agitation that can accompany them. Eventually, whether you practice for 3 minutes or 30, your body starts to remember the natural state of peace within. Many also find this gentle technique the easiest approach to deeper meditation. No requirements, everyone is welcome.
